Initial Meeting and Free Quote
From our first engagement, we will try to establish a few important questions. This will ensure we can be most helpful ahead of a consultation at the property. At the property, we will take measurements and discuss style, fabrics, and lead times. We will also follow up with a free quote detailing with full cost of the project. Part of this cost will be required prior to creation.
Creation
The Drapery box team will work on your made to measure soft furnishings project, ensuring upmost quality and attention to detail. During this process, there will be continued dialogue between you and the team, to ensure we are bringing your vision to life every step of the way.
Installation
Once your project is complete, our installation team will ensure your made to measure curtains annd blinds are fitted perfectly at your property. We ensure the process is simple and seamless at a time convenient for you. Final payment is required upon installation.

Can I provide my own measurements?
We prefer measurements to be completed by Drapery Box team to ensure the project is completed accurately.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Orders are generally completed between 4-6 weeks after the fabric is received. However, lead times may vary depending on the project.
Are quotes free and when do I receive it?
Yes, quotes are free. We will provide you with a quote before work commences. Once the quote has been accepted ,clients are sent an invoice with a required deposit amount.
What does the overall cost include?
Prices typically include the make-up, delivery, installation, any necessary additional components, and fabric cost. All fabric and hardware (curtain poles, tracks, etc.) need to be paid for in advance (which is included in the deposit).
Do you take projects out of London?
We work in and around London. We also accept international projects. Depending on project size, we are happy to travel. Please contact us.
